Feedbacks are the responses you get from people after sharing or selling an item. They often come verbally or in a written form.
If you are a creative on any platform, you understand what feedbacks mean to you. If you have a business especially a small one, you need feedbacks for it to thrive.
Feedbacks are a form of advertisement. It is a proof that what you are creating or selling is authentic and relevant.
With the presence of technology, feedbacks are easier to give but most people rarely give them. Either it is given via goggle forms, social media comment sections or email, feedbacks are easy to give with the click of the finger.
Most times, consumers do not realise how important their feedbacks are and often neglect this important part of a growing platform or business.
How will I know that you are enjoying my service if you do not share with me?
Another way feedback helps is that it encourages improvement. When a consumer gives feedback, they are telling the supplier where they can make better changes and what aspects to give priority to.
Feedbacks can also help the supplier to discard an item that is generally disliked (although this depends on if the creator intentionally created an item to get a negative feedback)
When positive feedbacks are given, the creator or seller can use them as a proof that their content or product is helpful and in that way get more interest in their content or product.
Feedbacks are needed as long as it is shared for consumption.
In that same vein, this post also needs your feedback via the comment section. Share your thoughts on this topic and your experiences as well.
